Only 81% to go!

I found this really cool website and entered all the places that Quintin and I have been to, but it only counts as 9% of the countries of the world. Guess we have a lot of traveling to do!

One on the way!

As you might have noticed from the new ticker we added to the top of our blog, we are expecting our second child in early January! We are all very excited. Abigail loves to tell everyone that her Mommy has a baby in her belly. I have been a little nauseas this time around, which was a change because I had nothing at all with Abigail. Right now Abby wants a baby sister- "No me want a baby brother!" she says. We are trying to convince her to be happy to have a healthy baby, no matter the gender, but she isn't buying that one yet. Oh, and the funny part is that the baby's name is going to be "Baby sister" too! We'll have to work on that one...

Playing Catch-up: Our summer so far

I have been horrible about updating the blog lately, so here is my effort at catching up with what we have been doing so far this summer.

We took another trip to Sesame Place. We went a little after we moved here last year, but didn't know that a majority of the park was water play and we weren't prepared. This time we were. We went around the end of May and it was great because the weather wasn't too hot and it wasn;t that crowded yet, so we had a blast.

We also had the best time at Hershey Park. That is the best theme park for kids that we have ever been to- and the entire town smells like chocolate! Yummy!! We got there later in the afternoon on the first day and went to Chocolate World where we saw a really cool 3-D show, took a tour through a simulated chocolate factory, and Abby got to be a factory worker and make her own little box of kisses! She got a cute hat and an ID badge.

Late that night a storm came through and brought some cooler weather, so we weren't able to play at the new waterpark they built in Hershey the next day, but we spent all day just riding all of the dry rides.

Then, for the last day of our little vacation, we drove about 45 miles from Hershey Park to a place called Dutch Wonderland. It is an amusement part built especially for kids under 12. It wasn't as much fun as Hershey Park, but we had a great time there too.

Nap time with friends

Today, when Abby was supposed to be trying to fall asleep I heard some noise from her room and went to check on her. She was wrestling with her stuffed Dora and Diego dolls. She had Dora in a semi-headlock and Diego was squashed under her legs. Of course I reminded her that she was supposed to be trying to take a nap, not wrestling her animals and dolls in her room. Shortly after that she must have fallen asleep. Later I checked on her and found this. Apparently everyone else needed a nap too after all of that wrestling!
