Tour of Mommy's new ship

Today we took a tour of my new ship- USS SAN ANTONIO (LPD 17)! The girls had a great time seeing where I am going to be working, sleeping, and eating when I am not at home. Abby said it was much different than the YP's at the Naval Academy- those are the only "ships" she remembers! It is much bigger than those- and any other ship that I have been on. Can't wait to drive it!


I am glad that I am not going to have to fight for parking anymore because I have my own assigned spot that is really close! Isn't the Alamo shaped sign cute?
