Janice has selected early for command and will be the commanding officer of her own ship next fall. It is a tremendous responsibility, but she is ready for it. Janice was one of twelve officer's who selected early for command out of 500 Surface Officer's in the Navy.
The photo above is similar to the one that she will have command of next year.
